Not happy!

Our WiFi hasn’t been working since Tuesday evening. Ann phoned ‘TalkTalk’ (worst wifi provider ever, but they took over from Shell Energy a couple of months ago and we’ve still got another 9 months to run on our contract) first thing yesterday morning. She was told there WAS a problem so it would be escalated to the senior management team, who would give us a call within the next 3 working days.

By 4.30pm today (2 days) we hadn’t heard a thing so she phoned again. Foreign person (who she couldn’t understand), so Ann had to keep asking her to repeat everything. No this isn’t a racist comment. It’s a fact!, said that the three working days started from today, not 9am yesterday so we’d probably be contacted tomorrow or Monday. What an absolute shambles.

Looks like we’re going to be without wifi over the weekend. My human is furious. Customer service at its worst.

PS - I had a lovely walk up Rosewall Hill this afternoon.
