this is M….she’s one of the Ashwood carers who do the things i can’t do at the moment…This morning she took me for a walk down the corridor a bit further than yesterday and did the ironing…….i walked as far again in the afternoon but i think together with all the visitors, (a friend this morning, and Rex &A later)….and walking a bit much i overdid it and had to go to bed with a painkiller late afternoon….
