Abstract Thursday...Minimalist

Tried various 'things' for today's challenge, but not really happy with any of them.....anyway, thanks Ingeborg:)..The second week at the vegetarian cookery class, and a bit of a disaster. The room we are using, in a recently refurbished school, doesn't have full provision for cookery classes. i.e no ovens, only portable electric hobs! The brand new sockets appear to fuse when more than six were in use, which meant, no cooking was achieved! I felt so sorry for the tutor, and tried to keep the situation lighthearted...what else can you do. So we all brought our prepared ingredients, back home to cook. Let's hope the electrical problems are resolved by next week! The planned dish is using tofu, which is something I have never tried.
