Mona Vale walk
I went for a walk with my U3A group today. The gardens were beautiful. They have created some wonderful borders with parsley and some other herbs which I presume they also use in the cafe. The gardeners have also built a lovely support for an elderly tree which is in danger of collapse. The support looks, at first sight, to be part of the tree.
Our group spent some time at a fascinating sun dial which was a memorial for a young garden enthusiast who passed away aged only 30. In another ten days the time will be incorrect because we will be moving to daylight saving.
