Theatre Royal

The building that is now the Theatre Royal was originally built in 1850 as the Market Hotel. It was used by farmers who were going to the Corn Exchange next door to sell their cattle.

It’s been the Theatre Royal since 1978.

The statue in the front of the image is Licoricia, She was a medieval businesswoman, working mother, and leader in her community.

I’ve been to yoga, and then done some gardening.
