A productive zoom with one of the volunteers this morning. The wonderful P is going to take over managing some of our socials, yeay. 

I've a run of office days for a while now, so I'm working on adding in me time. 

Today... momentous... I think I'm there. First draft of book completed, I'm literally just going to proof read, spelling etc. No more substantiative tinkering.
I've a rough launch plan for publishing late October, it's been a long haul. 

A decade ago I thought I'd write a mountaineering book. Turns out I've written a self-help book about mental health and the power of love lol.
