Pumpkin patch

I determined to walk more at the moment, went up to the woods in the morning then down the farm shop at lunchtime to get some blackberries to make the compote i usually make at this time of year.  It was a gorgeous sunny day and I enjoyed both walks.  

It was an odd day, the first when i would definitely normally be in London and wandering round the garden talking on the phone to various writers and members of the team reminded me of being in lockdown.  

In the evening we watched something else other than Nightsleeper which was a relief!
