New Growth

A week or so ago we notice three baby potatoes that had been left out of the fridge had started to sprout, so why not give it a go.
 
All three are coming on nicely in their own bags.  This one was the smallest with the fewest shoots and is coming on the fastest.
 
At extra I’ve included last night’s sunset.  The whole horizon was a blaze of red underneath the clouds.
