Sunrise in the Playa de Amadores valley

This morning started early, as usual, with a run for G (seeking the flatter route, he remained on the beach path for his 5k) whilst I swam across the Playa de Amadores bay. Beautiful as usual, with the colourful fish and clear blue water. We returned and took the blip as we climbed the hill towards the hotel. Aquagym and then an afternoon spent relaxing by the pool. 

This evening we booked into a very smart restaurant with Canaria cuisine. Some of the food we have tried before, but the steak and varieties of fish were a special treat. Full moon and more photo opportunities made the day special.
