At high speed

After yet another slow start to the day and a visit from PEG nurse I finally got into the hide at 1.30pm -definitely not the time for subtle lighting!
Still the swallows seemed to be enjoying my fully fledged wildlife pond!

*Using my 100-400mm zoom as my beloved 300mm didn't do too well when I fell over with camera in hand. Fortunately the equally beloved mkiv seems OK. Anyone know a decent repair shop?
