Carpaccio di polpo

Octopus with mushrooms, scallions, garlic, fresh tomatoes, anchovies, olives with spaghetti and Parmesan

Followed by poached pears (extra) in lemon and acacia honey flavoured with ginger and lemongrass

My lunch today prepared for my neighbour. We swam together at sunrise and it was a wonderful occasion.

My neighbour is a good, solid friend. Because what goes ‘round, comes ‘round.
