Waste of a space eyesore

This building i believe is a total waste of space and an eyesore.

This space could be used effectively as a multi-storey car park to which i would have no objection to paying 20p for.

Instead what happens at this site is that there is not enough parking for the ill,sick, injured or relatives of any of these groups of people. Let alone for the staff and professionals who work on this sight.

As a result elderly gentlemen are issued with tickets advising them they will be wheel clamped and face a fine.

The answer is simples knock down this eyesore, build a new but useful eyesore in the way of a multi storey car park.
