South Lan sky

For some reason I couldn't sleep last night which meant much listening to radio and then when I did go over I woke up at 7.15, so no swim. I did a bit of this and that and some time wasting until I looked up and saw the clouds had receded and it was blue skies and sunny, so out in the garden with Richard Osman.

The afternoon was a run out to beyond Carnwath with Mum to visit old friends L and A, though Mum's friends were really L's parents and she isn't much older than me.  A step up to their front door led to afternoon in the garden which was lovely as, although it was cloudy, it was warm.  I managed to take a few photos before we left. I'm using my camera as my phone is so unreliable and it wasn't till I checked them later than I realised the setting had moved to Impressive Art, probably in my bag.  But it does make for an impressive skyline!

We had to come back via Libberton and Biggar as I needed petrol and then I had to feed Alfie and Dilly and Barclay so it was nearly 8 before I got home, exhausted - the driving and hauling the wheelchair in and out, up and down. Despite the prep managed to scratch the tailgate.

I had pasta, not the soup I'd planned and did work emails and chatted to S watching 'Digging for Britain' and the  ep 2 of 'Night Sleeper'.  Oh the tension!

Then bed. Before I went I checked the Supermoon but it was hidden behind clouds.   It was a good day but a busy day and tomorrow will be the same.
