Coral and weeds

On the side of the pier at the marina this afternoon I noticed this dried out seaweed and coral worm. I wonder what this coral looks like when its alive and thriving in the sea. I liked the tiny coral trumpets (see extra) and the leathery textures of the weed.

It's been another glorious day on the south coast of England and due to stay like this for a few more days.  How lovely!
