Sunshine on Leith

Met a really dear friend Stuart at the delicious Turkish Café Truva at the Shore today. We realised it was over a year since we last caught up. Note to myself not to let that happen again. He is a really inspirational character, retiring a number of years ago he ensures the grass doesn't even have a sniff of growing. He is teaching English to an African Arabic speaker, fine tuning his Spanish, polishing his Spanish guitar playing, giving pro-bono massages at a student graduation party until 3am, staying supple with yoga, extensive travel AND writing a novel. I can't wait to retire and have his kind of life.

It was of course another beautiful day with people basking next to the Water of Leith
