Pain barrier
Before we got into cycling Lou and I were avid club runners
I kept up parkrun but that’s only 5k
Earlier this year we joined a new running group to do a bit more running by way of cross training. It’s a 45 mins so nothing mega
We have been running in group 2 which for me was easy pace
Last night I stepped up to group 1… omg it was painful and I had to drop in the last mile but here is me front of pack about 2 miles in
It’s funny to look back that I used to be able to run a marathon at a faster pace than this group goes.. different times !
