At the beach!

I drove Manon to the bus at 9 am this morning....it was sad to say goodbye but we'll stay in touch!

Back home after a physio appointment....sitting on the front porch in the warmth and sunshine....boys just running around, inventing all kinds of battles and birthday parties....under the apply tree.....imaginary birthday cake and lots of other cool ideas.  I'm just loving their imaginative play :)

After lunch we headed down to Englishtown beach and it was awesome.  A walk, a sit and snack....lots of photos of my beautiful grandsons in that delicious light around 4.30/5.00......totally wonderful.

Home and we all set to - someone watching boys, morgan, bronwyn and me cleaning up in the kitchen and making dinner...curried chicken with rice.   Just so easy and enjoyable, making dinner with my girls, listening to Tracy Chapman - who i used to listen to when they were little and i danced them around the kitchen.   such beautiful memories and now new memories!   Happy moments all of them!

Now the little ones are being put to bed....not always an easy transition for them...but it's a little quieter in the house now....almost time for me to head to bed with my book.

Very grateful and happy, even if a bit tired!
