I do love a blue sky!

I had to go down early to the village hall today to set up for lunch club. It is literally just at the bottom of the hill from where I live and the walk this morning was glorious. It was so quiet and still, not the norm for us, so all the more enjoyable.
I've had quite a lazy day as I didn't do much else other than sit in the garden this afternoon. I felt it only right to enjoy what is possibly the last week or so of summer. We've had a couple of frosty mornings this past week so Autumn is definitely upon us. Reg was enjoying some garden time with me too, extra, sitting in the shade of the table and surveying his kingdom. 
Tomorrow is forecast lovely too so hopefully I'll have chance of another sit amongst preparing for my trip to Suffolk on Wednesday. 
Thank you everybody for the stars and lovely comments about the rainbow knit. It is now in the post on its way to my granddaughter.
