High Dumpsie Dearie

I still remember the first time I ever tasted this jam - Wye 1982 - I loved it.

This is my own homemade jam to the WI recipe and it is just as good as I remember that first jar all those years ago.

Plums, pears and apples with lemon rind and ginger. Absolutely the best jam ever!

Does anyone else get satisfaction from making jam and preserves? One of my favourite pastimes!
