Much More Like It

Living in the west you get used to the changeable weather but this year we have had very few weeks when "High pressure is in charge," as the weatherman put it this morning.  So it is especially lovely when days like today come along and it seems the whole week will be similar.  Sadly I only have one day at home this week but I will enjoy it wherever I am.  Today it was at Aber Cafe, an unremarkable, averagely busy day for the time of year.  I was able to grab this shot of the first afternoon train arriving ... managed to get it without blocking the view of sundry visitors with a similar shot in mind!

Out with the dogs before and after work, for longer after when we went to the ball field where they both ran off some surplus energy.   After tea I did a bit of work on the last stage of the bulb repot, working in the kitchen now the evenings are dark so much earlier.  Many of the bulbs have started making new roots, even in dry compost, responding to the cool weather.  It's a delicate job now, one I will continue in the daylight on Wednesday.
