SEASONING

The Mono Monday theme today is   'Still Life... something simple from your kitchen'.  I  took a shot of some of the different containers of seasonings I have in my kitchen,  Thanks to Carolina for hosting.

An early start for me today as I had an 8.50am appointment with my doctor at the Health Centre.  I asked him about getting some stronger pain relief and he has prescribed a 28 day course of tablets.  He's going to phone me in a month to see how I got on with them and if they have helped he will put them on repeat prescription. 

Next I went to the chemist to collect the tablets and then did some food shopping in Herons and Tesco.  Did a few chores when I got home and then went back to bed for a couple of hours.

Made some mini savoury muffins for tomorrow's evening meal. I usually make ham ones but today I used a tin of salmon for a change.

Weather today was quite nice - bright, dry and sunny.
