Unpredictable Blackberries.

During my walk along the riverbank today, I noticed such a difference in the development of Blackberries, from those which have finished fruiting early, to this clump still in flower and just about everything in between. Another sign of the peculiar seasons we have been experiencing? After a cloudy start following overnight rain, the day gradually improved with sunny periods by lunchtime. Pleasantly warm with very little wind.
