Ouch, ouch, OUCH!

There I was just getting ready to leave the house to go to my 1st aid refresher when I lost my footing on the stairs. The wall was very unforgiving.
After 3 hours in A&E I'm bashed, bruised and sore but nothing broken.

Just as well I don't have a hot date tonight!
