Woods

Back to the woods again today, this time with a friend. She showed us a new route we hadn't been on before and we showed her the ancient rock. L's response was entertaining - "that's the magic rock, you mean we walked all the way for this?"  Luckily there was an excellent tree nearby to swing on and leap from. 

The Bear did her best to keep up but doesn't have quite the same physical confidence as the other two. Unfortunately she did at one point have a bog-a-log vaulting fail, which ended up in bruised and grazed bottom. However, she did manage to continue and then walk all the way home again, despite obviously being in a bit of pain.
