Hedge Trimming
The girls were coming back today from their long weekend with Mummy, at the seaside.
The weather turned nice and warm and very sunny so it was a good opportunity to start preparing for winter.
Job for today was hedge trimming. First of all we tackled the front hedge, between us and our neighbours. First opportunity to use the big 'Yellow Hands', that Johanna bought for me (Temu!), for picking up loads of cuttings in one go. And they worked a treat, saved a lot of brushing and picking up with hand brush and dustpan.
After doing that hedge we moved onto the one you can see behind me, on the right. Both hedges required ladders, the second one was hard work though and my arms were aching with lifting the heavy hedge cutters up high to trim the top.
We also carried on along that hedge after I moved my car back to where I am in the photo.
