Heron

 
A u3a Photography Meeting this afternoon, when I got home I dealt with some emails and sent out the completed minutes.
 
Today’s picture is of a Heron, which walked up the orchard to the pond, which is empty. It stood at the side of the pond and could clearly see something in the grass. It pounced and caught a large frog, but it was so fast I did not get a picture, so you have a picture of it peering into the grass.
 
The temperature at noon today was twenty degrees Celsius.
