Braking With A Sense Of Scale, East Malling
As usual it was another run this morning and another session with the user manual for my D750. I've now got into a routine on weekdays - a run, usually at some point between 8 and 8.30 sometimes followed by some weight training and then breakfast, a bath and then a tutorial with my camera. I always find if I can occupy my mornings and achieve or learn something, however slight, it makes me feel better for the rest of the day.
At lunchtime we popped in to the King & Queen in East Malling for a beverage and that's where I took today's image in it's car park. I liked the contrast and deceiving sense of scale between the enormous tower displayed on this commercial vehicle and the bus stop opposite. The bus stop has a matching "cousin" on the opposite side of the road. They are both really small but rather charming in their own way. However, I wouldn't want to be sat in either of them for long on a cold, wet winter's day as they don't offer much protection when the weather's bad.
