Post aquagym pool swim

We bailed out on our early morning run, but enjoyed a lovely, leisurely breakfast followed by aqua in the pool and a swim. Some reading, then very soon it was time for lunch. 

After that more reading with swims in the pool - see blip. Nearly completed my book - Anne Cleaves, The Long Call - Detective Matthew Venn.  Very good.

An early evening walk along the top of the cliff.  We spotted a traditional farmhouse. Not many here; with chickens, fruit trees and prickly pears. A fab view of the harbour and beach as well. Another great day.
