Santa

For those asking yesterday.  We went to

It's around 20 miles from us. There are a couple of beaches a few miles apart but this one has always been their favourite.  

I have made Mr R soup for dinner the next few days and I have painted more gonks. Other than that I haven't really done anything.  I slept with a yoda pillow under my ass last night and it gave my back some relief.  So that was a bonus. And I've only had one painkiller today. I'll take some at bedtime,   but it's a big reduction . So we're heading in the right direction.  

The jedi came home today saying he was pushed again.  There wasn't any staff I could talk too on the phone. They were in a training meeting.  
I'm tempted to email the headteacher and tell her that he won't be going back to nursery until support is in place. 

It's cheerleading night tonight.
