Welcome coffee

I have had a stressful few days. Early in the week I found out my Visa card, and my BNZ app in my phone had been hacked. A fellow( of Indian descent, and very difficult to understand),rang me and reported to me my card had been used for a booking on a website. He pretended to be from the bank!!!! I had not used it, some of the questions made me have a bad gut feeling. I answered none of them, and hung up. I then called the BNZ scam number and reported the episode.A really nice guy looked into it, cancelled my card, and locked App. Today I went to bank and reinstalled App, and verified new card. I have lost nothing. I am v careful how I use my visa online, now even more so. I now have a better Anti~ virus/ scam cover on my phone and Ipad. How do these people sleep????
