Priorities
I seem to have spent a lot of time today re-hydrating. One of the downsides of a day like yesterday is that I never quite catch up with my fluid intake.
I am getting there.
I have been tired too (the two things may be linked) but I still got quite a lot of stuff done.
Another downside of days like yesterday is that once I am past the breakfast stage, I do not eat very well. Sandwiches, pies, beer... All good fun, of course, but not ideal for an athlete in his prime*.
I sorted that today, while making a few messes in the kitchen.
Early night tonight.
* My fingers typed "well past his sell-by date" but my mind rejected that idea.
