Swimming

Apparently this is how the children get changed at play scheme in the summer.  They hang their towel in the corner using their shoes and create a little area to get changed in private!  It made me laugh.

Did a load of batch cooking today.  A lentil spag bol, a bean chilli and cooked vegetable rice and tofu for lunch.  I also did a lot of tidying, washing and chores and I am all set for next week.  I'm in London for a conference tomorrow that runs into the evening so I needed to get everything straight as John will have the girls tomorrow evening and he is still very sore and not particularly mobile.  I'm sure  he will manage as the childminder will feed them, he just needs to ferry them to Brownies and get them to bed..
