Cuddles

Back blip

Me and the girls slept in the lounge on camping beds Friday and Saturday night.  Because a) B wanted to camp downstairs for fun and b) it meant John could rest better on his own. We slept opposite the guinea pig cage and they came out for cuddles in the morning.  They are lovely friendly pets.

I rejoined slimming world this morning.  I weighed 68kgs in January and I now weigh 12 stone 9.5 lbs (which is about 82kgs).  I have  never weighed this much and I am overweight according to my BMI so I need to make some changes.  One of the biggest factors on BC recurrance is weight, so I need to get it off.  I think it's a combination of being so sedentary during treatment, my metabolism changing and perhaps the antidepressants.  Anyway, it's time to draw a line now.
