Own style

A morning walk at Haddo House knowing rain was forecast this afternoon. Kara has her own style when it comes to scooting. The leg up is one thing, she also had a big head tilt on the way down the hill. Seems to work for her.

Before the rain was forecast this afternoon (which never actually came!) I popped up to clean our gully between us and next door. It was clear last year but had grown a little mat of moss. Easily removed but needed me to get up a ladder which I don’t enjoy. Job done now for another year at least though.

Also attempted to get our new house number sign put up. Turns out behind the mortar is yet more granite so we couldn’t get the hole deep enough. Jen’s Dad is going to come round next weekend with the heavy duty drill. The cordless one, literally, didn’t cut it.
