A damp one

Didn’t sleep too well again so ended up sleeping late and feeling rough when I woke.
Got up for a coffee and watched the build up to the Grand Prix. Watched the biggest part of it before getting my lazy backside in to gear.
Went to St Ives and had a walk in the rain which I thoroughly enjoyed. Did a bit of shopping and then came home to watch Spurs v Arsenal.
