Queens Park Flowers
We left Birmingham Airport and picked up Bramble from our SiL's house, where she had been looked after by her lodger.
We headed up to Chesterfield arriving too late to see the children, so we headed to the park with them in the morning. This flower struck me as it still had its petals but was producing a large fruit as well - Acanthus? Bear's Breeches?
My extra is a spread of Echinops I think, although I've seen it called a few other things.
Neither flowers were any part of entertaining our grandchildren.
