Pao de Queijo
Naturally Gluten Free these little cheesy buns were super easy to make... and delicious.. we will have some with soup for supper tonight.
Thanks Helpix for enlightening me.. I love the damp stringy texture of the middles caused by the mozarella which is incorporated.. nom nom..
We have had a good doing day today and have managed to trim the climbers down from the gutters and any that had reached our roof were reduced in size.. the neighbours wisteria had almost swallowed us again!
We managed to get all that done before the rain started which was great and now I can feel the temperature dropping with the rain so I think our first autumn fire in the grate will be the order of the evening.
