Rymans
Stuart and I visited Rymans Gardens this afternoon, which was open today under the National Gardens scheme. It was lovely to see the outside of the very old house that the gardens surround. There were a number of different areas to walk round, including a lovely walled garden. Dahlias, old fashioned roses and Japanese anemones were still blooming. I will add some extras.
The old part of the house appears to date from 1410 and was built with stone from Ventnor on the Isle of Wight (Stuart did some research when we got home).
