4 am Pain

At 4 am this morning my foot was REALLY sore, so much so it woke me up.  It necessitated taking off my compression stocking, which took off the wound dressing as well.

That wasn't the most beautiful sight.

My leg looks horrendous.  And the fact that two places where the doctor cut into my leg are still weeping is not that attractive either.

On the plus side, I managed to put on my compression stocking on my own.

No donkeys today, no energy to make it up there.  Sad but your body tells you the truth.
