Ted Wins By A Head!

We went to Crow Wood a private health place near Burnley. A couple of friends who are members there asked me to go with them to give them a swimming lesson which I did.

Tonight my twin sister and her husband are coming for a meal and will show us their photo's of the holiday they have just had on a cruise up to the Arctic and back.
