Morning - worked our socks off in the garden.

Afternoon - a friend’s 60th birthday in north London. Good company, food and drink and a sunny garden.

Not the best day from a traffic point of view. 

Went to see The Yoga Mama in the evening. 84 today. Looks amazing still.
