Cotswold Way

A beautiful day - at last - for a long walk. Most harvests are safe home despite the rain. This field is already sewn with winter wheat. Note a bee - another relative rarity this summer had photobombed my pano shot!
We also gathered another crop of blackberries but they are definitely coming to the end of their season. (Unlucky to pick them after Michaelmas Day!) Later I gave the lawn its shortest cut yet. Scarifying next!
