Morton Lochs

Grey today and a bit damp but not too cold. Out fairly early for a run at Tentsmuir and Morton Lochs and managed just over 10k, so definitely getting back to normal.
We'd met one of Mr Rat's friends and they did a different run but afterwards we all went for bacon rolls at a nearby cafe.
Now catching up with the things I would normally have done yesterday evening (including a backblip) and later we're going out to someone's for a meal.
