New training venue

Leo’s goalie training has switched to Exeter City’s training facility so they had too quality astro to train on.  It was a great session - very entertaining to watch https://www.facebook.com/share/r/6igPeK7nqc1fSSrF/

It works out well with Leo’s new college timetable as he finishes at 4:30pm so time for a quick snack before training at 6pm.

In the extra is the sad look of the trees in the Forum at work. In a last bid to try and save them they have been ruthlessly pruned.  Let’s hope they come back strong and without the mealybug and spotted thrip infestation that got them into such a sorry state.

I had to de-ice the car for the first time this autumn (more like winter!). I was out of the house around 6am as I fitted in a swim before starting work but even so I wasn’t expecting that! Nor was I expecting the women in the changing room who used the hand dryers to dry herself after her shower. She was there for ages, stark naked and contorting herself to get various bits of her dry!  Thankfully I hadn’t yet put my glasses back on at that point so I was spared too much detail!

It was a very unorthodox method to getting dry. Not sure what is wrong with the towel method. Or why she just didn’t use the hair dryers to save the contortions if she really wanted to blast herself dry.
