Lots of steps

Started with quick walk with Hetty, and then out for a run. Some paperwork and then message from daughter asking if I could walk her dog, so of course I said yes, and then out for a walk with Hetty. Pleasant weather, bit cold at start of day but warm for the two afternoon walks.
Bought flowers at Sainsburys, not my usual choice but liked this bunch.
