The Temple of British Worthies

Another day at Stowe. This is a shot over the lake to a view of a temple which in a monument to Lord Cobham’s choice of British Worthies. It includes Shakespeare and Isaac Newton to name just two.

I took the shot on my drive around the garden paths with a powerful leaf blower on the back of the tractor. Friday is always a day to make sure the gardens are tidy for the weekend visitors.
