Down By The River

This is the second picture in my “Rivers and Bridges” project. It is not, in any way, an emergency blip taken in desperation at the end of the day. Just so long as we’re clear on that.
It’s not been the most exciting of days. Went through to Barrow this morning and met Stu for a coffee. He has recovered from his bout of Covid so all was good. We called in to R&T Music to see what was new. Vaughan must be losing his touch though as, despite many wonderful and exotic guitars being thrust into our hands, we managed to escape without buying anything!
The afternoon was shopping and a visit to the library before I dropped Mrs C off for her table tennis session this evening. I shall indulge myself in several episodes of Wheeler Dealers on the telly before it is time to pick her up again. Strangely, she does not share my enthusiasm for this type of programme, despite my explaining the inner workings of a gearbox to her on several occasions…
