Stroll

A day that was busier & more annoying than a Friday has the right to be.
As a result, I needed some fresh air at lunch to clear a niggling headache.
Eight minutes from home & a few laps of the lake later the blue skies had worked their magic.
It’s better than ibuprofen.
Which is nice.
