Chocolate for the Carer

I was with my poorly friend today whilst her husband went to see his doctor. Whilst he was out, this gift arrived for him from their daughter. She is also poorly, lives 4 hours away and is in virtual isolation until November, after having stem cell treatment. Her timing was excellent, as, when he returned, he had bad news about his own health which he had kept hidden from everyone until today.
