Day 17 - Flood posts

Grafton is situated on the Clarence River, which is very prone to flooding. We think these unusually tall mooring posts must be intended to cope with flood waters. In the extra MountGrace demonstrates how much taller they are than regular mooring posts.

We did have some rain, the first we have encountered on this trip, but it all fell at night.
